Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Fast Bundle Affiliate and Partnership Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a Shopify agency, app partner, consultant, influencer, content creator, blogger, media outlet, or any other individual or entity engaged in promoting Fast Bundle’s services.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Fast Bundle’s products and services in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner.
• Use only approved promotional materials and links provided by Fast Bundle.
• Accurately represent Fast Bundle’s products and services in your promotional efforts.
• Refrain from engaging in deceptive or misleading marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or misrepresenting the Fast Bundle brand.

3. Commission Structure

• Fixed Fee: Affiliates will earn a one-time $2 for each successful install after the trial period.
• Recurring Commission: If the referred user subscribes to any paid plan, the Affiliate will receive a commission based on the subscription plan and billing cycle (monthly or annually). The commission is calculated as follows:
  • Monthly Plans: 3% to 20% commission of the monthly revenue.
  • Annual Plans: 5% to 35% commission of the total annual revenue.
  • Example: If a referred customer subscribes to the Standard 1K plan at $19 per month, the Affiliate earns $0.57 per month (3% of $19). If the customer subscribes to the Enterprise plan at $299 per month, the Affiliate earns $59.80 per month (20% of $299).
• Commission Duration: Commissions are earned for a maximum of 24 months from the customer’s initial subscription date.

4. Payment Terms

• Minimum Payment Threshold: Affiliates may request a payout once their earned commission reaches at least $10.
• Payment Frequency: Payments are processed on a bi-weekly basis.
• Payment Methods: Payments will be made through PayPal or another method as determined by Fast Bundle. Affiliates must ensure their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.

5. Tracking Referrals

• Referral Tracking: All referrals must be tracked using the affiliate links or codes provided by Fast Bundle. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the correct use of these tracking methods.
• Referral Confirmation: A referral is considered successful when a referred customer installs Fast Bundle, completes the trial period, and subscribes to a paid plan. The referral is validated when the customer makes their first payment for the selected subscription plan.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities such as cookie stuffing, click fraud, or falsifying referrals.
• Using Fast Bundle’s brand or assets in a way that could harm its reputation.
• Offering unauthorized incentives, rewards, or bonuses for signing up through affiliate links.
• Violating the terms of service of any third-party platforms, including Shopify.

7. Limitations and Restrictions

• Geographic Limitations: Fast Bundle’s affiliate program may not be available in certain countries or regions. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
• No Transfer of Commissions: Affiliates cannot transfer their earnings to third parties unless explicitly permitted by Fast Bundle.
• No Use of CPC (Cost-Per-Click): Affiliates are prohibited from using any form of cost-per-click (CPC) advertising to promote their affiliate links.

8. Termination of Affiliate Relationship

Fast Bundle reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in fraudulent or unethical marketing practices.
• Violation of Shopify’s or any third-party platform’s policies.
• If Fast Bundle believes the Affiliate’s actions could harm the company’s reputation or business.

Upon termination, any pending commissions will be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of the terms.

9. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Fast Bundle’s promotional materials (e.g., banners, logos, affiliate links) for the sole purpose of promoting Fast Bundle’s products in accordance with this agreement.
• All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the sole property of Fast Bundle.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling personal data of referred customers.
• Fast Bundle collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Fast Bundle harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of any laws or regulations.
• Misrepresentation or fraudulent activities.
• Any third-party claims resulting from the Affiliate’s marketing efforts or promotion of Fast Bundle’s services.

12. Amendments to Terms

Fast Bundle reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fast Bundle’s liability under this agreement is limited to the total amount of commissions earned by the Affiliate in the six months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Fast Bundle Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
