Visitor Information: Any information about your store visitors that you choose to provide, such as names, email addresses, or other details, is processed based on your direct input, and you must ensure you have the appropriate consent from your visitors for this information to be processed through our services.

1.3. Content: Any texts or content you create within the Service is stored and used to provide and improve the service.

1.4. Communications: Any email or messages you send to us will be saved to maintain a record of our interactions and provide support.

2. Information Automatically Collected When you subscribe or use the Service, we automatically collect certain types of information:

2.1. Shopify Store Information:

2.1.1. Store Settings: General information about your Shopify store, including the store name, domain, currency, language, location, and contact email address. This information is collected to properly configure the app for your store.

2.1.2. Product Catalog: Details about the products you offer, including variant details, titles, descriptions, prices, images, and collections. This data is required to display and manage your product information.

2.1.3. Order History: Information about store orders, customer details, cart contents, and transactions for the past 60 days before installation until you use Fast Bundle. This data is needed to provide order management and reporting.

2.1.4. Storefront: Data regarding store themes, including files, pages, texts, assets, and script tags.

2.2. Device and Usage Information:

2.2.1. Device Information: Data about devices used to access the service, such as unique identifiers, device brand and model, device name, Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, time zone, language settings, and browser types. This information is used to optimize the application performance across different devices.

2.2.2. Usage Information: Data about how the service or store is used, including service usage times, visited pages, clicked links, ordered products, page view times, and linked IPs. This helps us understand user behavior, improve the service, and personalize your experience. We may also track interactions with links across our Services by redirecting links or through other means.

2.2.3. Location Information: We may automatically collect your physical location only if you explicitly enable your computer or mobile device to send us such information. You can disable location services in your device settings at any time.

4. Data Synchronization As a public app, Fast Bundle automatically syncs Customer Data and Order Data back to your Shopify store via the Shopify APIs. This includes the following data from your online store and POS:

4.1. Applicable Customer Data: id.

4.2. Applicable Order Data: id, app_id, total_discounts, customer, tags, browser_ip, email, landing_site, source_name, financial_status, fulfillment_status, total_price, name, number, cart_token, note_attributes, line_items, customer_id, order_status_url, discount_codes, discount_applications, current_total_discounts, current_total_price, current_total_tax, cancelled_at, created_at, updated_at, closed_at, presentment_currency, test. This is a requirement of the Shopify API License and Terms of Use.

5. Legal Basis for Processing: We process your information based on the following legal grounds, in accordance with the GDPR:

5.1. Contractual Necessity: When processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party (for example, when providing you with the service).

5.2. Legitimate Interests: When processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our service or preventing fraud, while also considering the rights and interests of the user.

1.3. Technical Support: We use your information to verify your identity or your Visitors’ identities, protect your privacy and keep data protected. This also helps us to contact you or your Visitors with security alerts, important updates to our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, or to respond to your comments, questions, and requests.

1.4. Data Combination: We may link or combine the information we collect with information obtained from other sources to better understand your needs and provide you with more effective services.

2. Commercial and Analytical Uses

2.1. Aggregated Statistics: We may analyze the collected information to produce charts, statistics, and reports for commercial use. 6.2. Consent Tracking: We integrate with the Shopify Consent Tracking API to ensure we respect your customers’ privacy preferences.

6.3. Shopify Monitoring: You acknowledge that Shopify may monitor use of the Shopify API and access your application.

Fast Bundle is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your Personal Information and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 1998, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Shopify API License and Terms of Use.

1. Data Security Measures

1.1. Security Commitment: Data security is of utmost importance to us. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Data collected via the Fast Bundle Service. All Personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.

1.2. Password Confidentiality: If password access is required for certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

1.3. Data Transmission: While we endeavor to protect your Personal Data, the transmission of information over the internet is not always perfectly secure and is done at your own risk. We will not be liable for unauthorized access to the data which was not directly caused by data leakage or disclosure from inside our storage facilities.

1.4. Encryption: We ensure that all customer data, including personal information such as names, addresses, and contact details, is encrypted both at rest and in transit. For security and operational purposes, this personal information is stored as anonymized IDs.

2. Sharing of Personal Information: We do not share or sell your Personal Information to third parties, except in the limited circumstances outlined below and with appropriate safeguards:

3. Sharing of Non-Personal Information

3.1. We may publish Non-Personal Information in different formats, or share them with our partners, such as publishers, advertisers, business owners, and researchers.

3.2. For example, we may share some statistics related to the price of goods, the frequency and stock of goods in different places, the number of visits to different goods or stores, or provide statistics from them to others.

3.3. This data will not include any Personal Information that could be used to identify you or your Visitors.

4. Data Breach Notification

4.1. Notification Obligation: In the event of any actual or suspected Data Breach, Fast Bundle will notify both Shopify and any affected Merchants within 24 hours of becoming aware of such an occurrence.

4.2. Remediation Actions: Upon learning of a Data Breach, we will take immediate action to remedy the breach and cooperate with Shopify to resolve the issue.

5. International Data Transfers

5.1. Data Storage Location: Please note that Fast Bundle's servers are located in the United States, not within Europe. All data storage and processing will be conducted outside of Europe, and by using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

5.2. Data Protection: We ensure that any international transfers of your data are done in compliance with data protection laws, with appropriate safeguards in place.

This section outlines how Fast Bundle stores and deletes merchant data, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, the Shopify API License, and our commitment to privacy.

1. Data Retention and Deletion

1.1. Data Retention Period: At Fast Bundle, we store merchant data only for a period of 30 days following the uninstallation of the app. After this period, all merchant information will be permanently deleted from our systems. This is in line with the data deletion requirements set out in the Shopify API License and Terms of Use.

1.2. Data Deletion Request: Merchants can request the deletion of their Personal Information at any time by requesting termination of the Service, which results in the deletion of data within the stated timeframe.

2. Data Storage Location

Please note that Fast Bundle's servers are located in the United States, not within Europe. All data storage and processing will be conducted outside of Europe, and by using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We ensure that any international transfers of your data are done in compliance with data protection laws, with appropriate safeguards in place.

3. Data Encryption and Security

We take data security seriously. All customer data, including personal information such as names, addresses, and contact details, is encrypted both at rest and in transit. For security and operational purposes, this personal information is stored as anonymized IDs. Fast Bundle retains this encrypted data solely for the purpose of resolving related issues and ensuring service integrity. This aligns with industry best practices and Shopify’s security requirements.

4. Opt-In and Opt-Out of Data Sharing

4.1. By installing the app, merchants consent to receive messages from Fast Bundle as outlined in our Terms of Service. If you wish to opt out of any data-sharing program, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please clearly request to be opted out of any data-sharing initiatives, and we will promptly accommodate your request. This also applies to any marketing communication as defined in Section 05 of the terms of conditions.

4.2. Users can also manage their consent preferences through their browser settings, regarding cookies and tracking technologies.

This section explains how your data is handled in the event of a sale, transfer of control, or other changes to our business.

1.Data Transfer in Business Changes

1.1. In the case of a sale or transfer of control of all or part of Fast Bundle, data provided by Clients will be transferred along with that part of the business if relevant. The new owner or controlling party will be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied, and the confidentiality of Personal Information will be preserved.

1.2. If a data transfer requires implementing new and completely different policies, this will be communicated to you as described in the section on changes to this Privacy Policy before the transfer occurs.

4. You may decline to submit information through the Service or restrict our access to data, or it may be restricted at your browser’s settings, and so we may not be able to provide all or a portion of the Service to you.

4.2. Fast Bundle may place and access certain Cookies on your computer. Before that, you will be presented with a message bar requesting your consent to set those Cookies, and you should get this consent from your Visitors. Cookies are used to improve your experience of using the Service and to improve our range of products and services. You can choose to enable or disable Cookies in your internet browser, and you can choose to delete Cookies at any time; however certain features of the Service may not function fully or as intended.

Therefore, If password access is required for certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We endeavor to do our best to protect your Personal Data. However, the transmission of information over the internet is not always perfectly secure and is done at your own risk, and we will not be liable in the case of any unauthorized access to the data which was not directly caused by data leakage or disclosure from inside our storages.
